Last week we had a Centennial crew package and moved our apartment for a cross country move. Xavier has been our main office contact and was very helpful to ensure the move out/move in dates accommodate our schedule. Was also very quick to respond to emails/text messages on any of our questions. Alex and his crew helped us with the move. They were professional and efficient. They arrived on-time, and within 8-9 hours completely packed and moved all our things to the truck. So far we have been very pleased with our experience with Centennial (therefore the 5-star review) - we will further update this review after we receive the items at the destination.

Due to a family emergency I had to unexpectedly move back to Thunder Bay. Centennial Moving was able to service my move and provide me with the best possible price. I was a little nervous when on the day before my move date I did not hear from anyone but they did call 4 days out to tell me my 4 hour window. Sure enough they showed up right when they said they would and they got me out of my old apartment in 4 hours which exceeded my expectations. I would recommend to anyone I know that needs to move

I write this review with an appreciation for the work that was done by you. If you want a team from top to all the way down, this is that team! When faced with challenges there is no hesitation or doubt. I was moving from a small apartment into my new home. I have an extremely narrow driveway that winds about and makes maneuvering large vehicles very difficult. When the truck could not be backed up, my movers parked it at the first entrance, opened up the doors and got to work without any moans. These guys are all about getting the job done! I like that! Head down and go for it. Literally carried everything up my driveway and was done in record time. Not a single scratch or anything on my home or any of my stuff and put everything together for me. AMAZING! I would never recommend anyone else. Thanks so much to the delivery team and everyone!

We were told, before signing up with Centennial Moving, that "it COULD take UP to 21 business days to get your belongings" by Luke.
June 26th - The 2 moving employees picked up in Chilliwack, BC.
When the 21 business days had come and gone, we sent an email, and for 3 days, no reply from Centennial Moving. We called them.
When we asked Luke where our furniture was, he said and I quote:
"I don't know." What kind of answer is this???
We demanded to speak to a supervisor. They passed us to Warren.
Warren told us our load missed the Toronto cutoff date of the 15th of the following month by 4 days, so now it's sitting in a Toronto warehouse, for the next once monthly trip to the east coast.
My husband and I are both seniors. I asked him if he would like his own mother to be left in this horrible situation, in a house without furniture. He replied that he would not. I said he must find an alternate way to get our belongings to us sooner than the end of August. Warren replied he would check and get back to us. The next day we received an email from Warren. They could do nothing, as their "affiliates" were all booked.
I was so upset! How misleading this moving company is. How in the heck could they not make the cutoff date in Toronto in 23 days???
Warren began using the "pull an excuse out of the jar" game --- he blamed the extreme heat, the difficulty they were having getting help --- this is what they do for a living for goodness sakes!
This went back and forth and then the final insult --- a $200, then a $300 and finally a $400 rebate offered from an $11,000+ moving bill!
While this is all going on, Centennial Moving's website is offering 5% off moves for seniors, students and military and for those moving on a holiday, yet for all the distress WE are experiencing, as customers, we're offered next to NOTHING! We are devastated!
ALL we wanted was to get our furniture within the 21 business days!
We dealt with Centennial Moving in good faith and we got screwed in return. This company has a TOTAL LACK of customer service...
Luke, the person we dealt with initially, has since left the company, after several more complaints have been lodged against him.
For all of you researching moving companies, do your homework! We thought we did, but obviously NOT. What should have been an exciting move to Nova Scotia has turned into a nightmare, with extreme stress.
They never said otherwise when we said "it will make the cutoff in Toronto since it's being picked up June 26th?

The main purpose of my review is that Good should be encouraged. I must say that Centennial moving company is the best moving company in the town. The most positive point of their service is that they are trained staff. I myself recommend this company for moving purposes because I don't know how they loaded my shop’s interior without a single damage. Their economical rates make them even better. I fully admire them and advise you to take their services at least once. Thanks a LOT for great moving services!!

I had the experience of moving with Centennial twice. My first experience was great so I chose them for my second move with no questions. There was no damage to my items during the first move, and the pickup and delivery were smooth and convenient.
The second time, the delivery was really quick (about a week from pickup). There was only minor damage to one of my items that was wrapped by their moving crew. After submitting the claim to the claims department and after a couple of back and forth emails to a representative, a manager contacted me and apologized for the issue. They accepted that the damage was unintentionally caused by their crew. The manager assured me that appropriate measures had been taken to minimize the occurrence of such issues in the future. Because I was a returning customer, he accepted to fully compensate for the damage.
Overall, great experience both times. Great customer service before, during, and after the moving.

Centennial moving was INCREDIBLE! My wife and I moved From Toronto to Yorkton SK, we got several quotes and my personal moving coordinator, went the extra mile! He was spot on with my estimate, he made sure there weren't any surprises, gave me enough information so I wouldn't be charged more on my estimate, even gave me a call after my move to make sure everything went smoothly. I gotta say I have never received this type of customer service in the moving scene ever! They made sure to handle any and all issues for me and were the liaison between me and the driver. In the past, I used a company that the drivers were rude, foul mouthed, uncaring about my items, the other companies didn't care as long as they got paid, but Centennial Moving made sure I didn't have to deal with anyone else. Thank goodness I used them, my move was so much less than the huge companies quoted, and much more personable TRUST ME there are a lot of bad movers out there, we have had to move quite a few times because of work. We appreciate everything!

Our move wasn’t the textbook kind—the first company we contacted didn’t bother to even answer our request for an estimate. A friend recommended Centennial and immediately they did everything right.
