Our technician George was very friendly and helpful. He patiently explained the possible causes for the leakage and offered us step by step options to isolate the problem rather then to upsell us on plumbing services that we might not need. If we determine that it is a plumbing issue causing the leakage, I would definitely hire George to come resolve it.
