Southwest Granite's repairman came and cut a hole in my counter top, even though the counter was purchased by another company. He advised that the company could fix the chips on my quartz kitchen counter top, and secure the sink with clamps. I contacted Southwest Granite, they spoke to their repairman and agreed to do the work. A scheduler contacted me and booked a half day appointment, where I cancelled my work to be home. The scheduler re-contacted me to say they wouldn't do the sink clamps. I requested the Manager first consult with their repair man and then contact me. The scheduler contacted me back and said the Manager "would be speaking to their repairman as he should not have offered to do the sink clamps". The chip repair appointment was scheduled. There was no consultation by the Manager with the repairman who saw my counter top. Then the company called a third time and cancelled all the work. I advised Southwest Granite that they had agreed to do both jobs in speaking with the first call employee, and also scheduled the appointment with the second call employee for the chip repair, and that I had taken a half day off work. and requested the Manager to contact me. I was clearly advised that the Manager would not be contacting me. Not a professional service. 0 Rating. Rob Harwood and Julie Gibbons, Sarnia Julie Gibbons & Rob Harwood, Sarnia
