Frank was a tremendous help in getting the inspection for a newly purchased home done. Professional, straight-forward, and provided excellent and thorough analysis of the house. He used a drone to inspect the roof, and returned (since there was snow on top) to re-inspect it afterwards, which I greatly appreciated. He checked every nook and cranny of the house, and took the time to answer all of our questions (as first time homebuyers) both in-person and later over the phone. Plus, he provides an incredibly detailed report of what is functional, what might need improving, etc. - I would highly recommend Frank to any of my family or friends if they ever needed an inspector to take a look at a property!
