We required a runner for our hardwood stairs. George was very helpful and patient in walking us through the selection process and in the end we came off with a great choice with a reasonable price. We did have a minor adjustment required to the carpet post installation, which was promptly attended to our satisfaction as well. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for a carpet.
