really wanted to like them because their website is user friendly and the maids did a decent job. I even let them know I will still use them in the future despite our setback, but this company truly lacks professionalism and customer service. After much thought it was obvious their customer service was lacking and they were not a company I wanted to commit to. I will pay more for the next company as long as Im dealing with professionals. I had a basic cleaning plus package scheduled last Friday. They gave me an arrival hour of 2 hours, no issues, the maid arrived within that time frame. Only one arrived, so I chalked it up to a 1 maid service. I had another cleaning going on in my room, so I instructed the maid to clean just the kitchen, bathroom and living room. All was going well, and then about an hour later, the second maid arrived. I didnt care whos time was what as long as they did a good job. The second maid cleaned my bathroom, while the other one cleaned my kitchen and living room. Everything was great and we went through the checklist after service. All good on my end, I even immediately tipped them privately as well. This is when I noticed their drawbacks, my new paper towel and dish soap in the kitchen had disappeared, and my dish sponge was totally black. The maid had used my own products to clean, despite their service stating all products were provided except vacuum. I was willing to live with it, until three days later I tried using my washer dryer.. the door wouldnt close? I called the office right away and the rep told me to send a picture and let me know about their protocols. I sent a video and picture letting them know the issue. The rep had the guts to respond to me saying the cleaner didnt notice anything, and their policy is to report any damages asap. She wrote I should let her know if I had any other questions? Lol, no other resolutions just sorry deal with it yourself. I ended up figuring out that the cleaner placed the lint in wrong way which was why the door couldnt close. But you said the cleaner closed the door properly when she left? So do you just have dishonesty as your culture? There was an exterior part broken on my dryer that the cleaner failed to report. But Im supposed to believe she reports every damage she sees? Lol Any company can clean. Its the customer service that matters. The customer service folks are ridiculous. They didnt respond to me until I sent a message to their co-founder. Lol you all are lucky the damage wasnt extensive. I will not be using this company again. I was home and the cleaners still managed to make a mess. I feel for those who hire these people when they are not home.

As for paper towel and dish soap, we have never received the report about this so this is the first time we hear about it and we do apologize for the inconvenience.

As for dryer door damage, we have followed up with our cleaners and responded as soon as we received their feedback (a little bit more than one business day). Eventually, you found that there was no actual damage, but lint trap wasn’t placed properly. There was a miscommunication with our cleaner about closing the door and we apologize for the inconvenience. It was not our intention to mislead you or be dishonest. It was a simple miscommunication and once again we sincerely apologize.
