On time, came in a ran diagnostics on the oven, documenting all tests and problems with pictures and notes for my homes file. Part was order and replaced in one weeks time. Intial visit fee was incorporated into the total Labor for the fix as we chose to have it serviced by them which is great. Total labor was $310 in total. Part was $310 for an LG oven board which communicates with the igniter. $30 discount for a first time customer. Mechanics were clean, friendly, and professional. Only downside was they recieved the part on Wednesday and couldn't come until Saturday. Great service which I would definitely recommend!
