Avoid Dyson Completely Dyson DC24 and their other crappy models are nothing but a fancier piece of plastic. It's head does not have clearance to go under chairs or tables, the brush is too sensitive and stops working on its own. My wife hates it, the cleaning lady hates it and refused to use it. Overpriced, overhyped piece of Junk. The worst part is their customer service department are very arrogant and unwilling to recognize their misleading process. The worst experience ever.
