From the initial booking this company provided awesome service. I had to reschedule, due to inclement weather, communitcation and accommodation of new date was spot on. The technicians were courteous and very efficient, arriving on time and finishing in the time frame discussed. In this day and age, it is hard to find good service and I was extremely pleased and would highly recommend Hot Pepper Furnace for anyone requiring HVAC, Furnace or Fireplace Cleaning.
