I reached out to Richard @ Richview for quote, he was prompt to in his response, came by and gave me options with different brands/pricing. The installation was completed the following day. I also used his services for maintenance on my investment properties. I will highly recommend him.

Home renovation can be frustrating if we don't have the right people, we made this mistake in the past. This wasn't the case when my wife and I hired "Arkhitekton Building Solutions" to renovate our kitchen and remove the carpet on the upper level + install hardwood flooring. Sterling and his crew had the knowledge, provide recommendations and give us the options where to obtain materials at discounted prices. They removed the ceramic tiles from the kitchen, laundry/powder room and foyer and were replaced with our choice of porcelain 24x24 tiles with flushmount vents, they removed lower kitchen cabinets, new quartz counter tops and backsplash were installed, from removing appliances and reinstalling them were all handled with precision. Hardwood floors + flushmount vents were done to perfection. Can't wait for our next project i.e. master bedroom ensuite bath. Quality workmanship, maintain their timelines and reasonable prices. We will highly recommend Sterling and his team.
