After much research, we booked our own long-distance move due to take place this summer, with Troy. When my mother-in-law needed a local mover, we suggested Troy. The crew showed up on time, was courteous, polite and respectful and made every effort to protect her furniture. The only hitch was that a large wall unit would not fit in the elevator at destination and despite attempting to carry it up the stairway, it had to be returned to origin. (This was through no fault of theirs - they measured the stairway on the ground floor but it was narrower a few floors up!) My mother-in-law was extremely pleased with the services provided and we were happy to witness firsthand the type of service we expect to receive when we move. Thanks Troy!
