When Phillip arrived to fix my ice maker, he not only called to let me know he was on his way, but he also worked quickly and effectively (and clearly an expert on ice machines). He promptly identified the issue, and my ice maker was up and running in no time. I heartily endorse this company. They have a good system in place to confirm your appointment and let you know the window, and it was also very simple to schedule an appointment (the person I spoke with was very pleasant and competent).
