A year ago we had a fridge problem and called one of those 24/7 repair services with a fancy website. Their guy came and said the compressor and mainboard were fine, we just had dirty coils, and the problem was now solved. But it wasn't. He came back a second time and now said we needed a new compressor and coils. That's when we concluded we needed a second opinion, and contacted Waterloo Appliance Service (which does not have a fancy website). Their technician James came and spent much more time than the other guy, explained everything he was doing and why, and correctly identified the problem (the mainboard). This weekend, we had a problem with our stove. Waterloo Appliance Service is only open on weekdays, but it's totally worth waiting for them. Their technician Jason came and guessed what the problem was, discovered he was exactly right, and had brought the necessary replacement part with him. Like James, he was also a pleasure to talk with: friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Waterloo Appliance Service is a company you can trust!
