Our garage door stuck open on a cold day. Creative Door came and fixed it promptly - which was a good thing because our garage is full of junk (which I still regard as "...may be of use some day...") The tech who came out to help us was polite, obviously experienced and skillful, and worked very quickly, which saved us on labor costs. Net price was less than the estimate! As a couple of seniors, we were very pleased.
