I called Glen on the Thursday afternoon before Good Friday. He came the same evening and in short order had diagnosed the issue to a burned out compressor. He wanted to return in the morning to fix it after getting some parts but everything was closed the next day. He went to six places Saturday morning to finally find one open to get parts and came to me immediately after. Two hours later what turned out to be a difficult awkward job was done and I had a working fridge. I've never had a repair man fix anything so quickly and professionally. In fact when he was done he even cleaned everything up leaving the house as he found it. I would highly recommend him at any time to fix any appliance.
