Excellent communication on the phone while booking, email confirmation, and a text reminder. I booked 3 hours of cleaning (2.5 baths & kitchen only). My cleaner arrived on time, was pleasant, professional, and worked HARD to deep clean the priority areas I identified. When she finished those with 30 min to spare she kept cleaning everything she could see that needed a touch up. Very thorough, and she somehow got a stain out of my tub that Id been unable to remove myself for years! The hourly rate was a hit higher than what my friends / family pay other cleaners, however Id still highly recommend this company!
