The difference between Manny vs the other quotes we received was that he made it very clear that he would be on site every day and doing a large portion of the work himself. The most impressive factor is his attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. He is meticulous about all aspects of the job and ensures everything is done to his expectations. He treats the job as if it was for his own house. He provides ideas that make the space more effective and also did a perfect job for a custom closet we had wanted in the bathroom.
