After calling Evgeny for the first time ever about a 2 year old Whirlpool Washing machine that was not working on final spin, he came to our house within the hour. Evgeny was polite, communicative and professional and after investigating the working of the washing machine, he made some adjustments and got the final spin cycle to work. He also fixed an over-the-range microwave that had stopped working about a year ago. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He was efficient and very obliging as we had not told him about the microwave before. We highly recommend him.
