Having had excellent service from Zel a few years ago so I went directly back when I started my Kitchen reno to work on counters, sinks and backsplash. Management and staff were very unprofessional, bad communications and uncooperative from the beginning when I requested paper copies of quotes and invoices. Management uses text messages and email and is seldom in the office. Received an email invoice for $777 and they haven't even been out to measure and quote the backsplash.The installation of the counter was excellent therefore the 2 stars but I have cancelled the backsplash and would not recommend this company.
