I think the best way to summarize the cleaners is: 1. They do a superficial job, 2. They miss a bunch of things, and when you point they are upset (like cleaning appliances in a deep cleaning, or cleaning shutters). 3. The cherry on the top was the cleaner that walked through the clean house with her shoes on, and when I pointed out, the others just said that person doesnt speak English. I requested them to clean the floor again, and they were upset because they had just cleaned it. I was like come on, you guys just walked all over with your shoes on. Terrible cleaning service.

However, respectively, there are clients very hard to please and you are of them. 1.You asked to clean the fridge very early in the clean, the team was very aware of the task 2. They aren't upset for what you ask but HOW you asked 3.Our team's are trained to always be safe in first place and they only wear shoes inside when, and that was the case, the house had renovation work done. 4. Wen you called the next day complaining , Bettenca cleaning happily sent you a different team for a reclean, as part of our satisfaction warranty.

You decide after 2 months of the cleaning service, you are not satisfied.
