The tech showed up on time, he was friendly. Knew right away what seemed to be the problem and he was exactly right. He was quick and worked hard. He had great communication ( telling me if he had to go dump water from the washer or go to the car to get a part etc.) my service was a 10/10 today . Thank you My work order number is 490130
