Sales people are always nice, Company is great until the product is installed.
The service people does not know how to behave and interact with customers. Worst attitude and the service technician looks like he hate the job. These kind of people are toxic to any company. They do not understand they represent a company / Brand. Too bad for Rainsoft they hire such attitude people.
