I contacted Omega Cleaning for a quote late Sunday afternoon about help cleaning up a raccoon latrine in our yard. John responded very quickly with a reasonable quote. He was able to address our issue the next day. He arrived with Paulo well within the time block he provided. He and Paulo were very courteous, answered my questions, removed the raccoon latrine and treated the area to help prevent a return. He also advised me how to keep the raccoons from returning and setting up another latrine. Thank you very much John for your professionalism and help. I highly recommend John and his company.

Totally polite, respectful of us & our house and answered all questions we asked, and were very efficient in their work. No mess, no dust after the cleaning was completed.
