Shoddy install done in minus 30 weather. When called back re: warranty issue they said any call back would cost $250! Final inspection was from truck on road! NOT impressed!

REVENGE REVIEW: First issue of this complaint is, Sunrise Windows does NOT install in -30 weather and also her Signed-Off Completion Sheet after the install had no remarks of any issues by the customer of our install .....Inspection of the broken shows a breakage on the outside pane of her glass unit indicating a impact breakage from possible rock.......this is NOT a warranted by Sunrise Windows....however she was quoted a pre-customers price for glass replacement for her living room window which was declined....then a bad review was written, which is typical, because it was not under warranty.
