We needed a fridge for our lunchroom as ours was more than 15 years old. I reached out to the store through the website and chatted with Matt. He made a suggestion of a Frigidaire fridge that I looked into, and it seemed to fit what we were looking for. I called him a few days later and was able to order the fridge all over the phone. I called on a Thursday and placed the order. I was given a delivery day of the following Tuesday which worked out well. I received a phone call later Thursday afternoon asking if the next day would work for delivery. I was pleasantly surprised and said yes. I received a message from the store that the original fridge wasn't available but was offered an upgraded fridge for the same price which was amazing. Thanks Matt for everything.
