Visited the showroom to get a feel for types of windows available. From initial contact with Installers Alex and Dan were very friendly and provided expert advice on a type of window to fit our budget. Alex made arrangements to meet us for the initial estimate and accommodated our work schedule. Dan was available to respond to phone calls. Alex arrived in a very reasonable time. Installation of the windows was very professional; cleanup outstanding. We noticed that the original windows were lacking insulation and Alex and Dan added needed insulation around the frame. The drafts stopped with the installation of the new windows. Stained woodwork did not sustain any damage. All windows were installed in two days. Old windows were removed from premises saving us the trouble of disposal. We can vouch that the windows made a big difference in keeping us warm this winter. We will certainly order the additional windows needed to complete our entire house from Alex and Dan.
