Gavin was so good!! He arrived early and so polite. He patiently explained his findings and went through his report in detail. His was very thorough, and made us feel very comfortable. He didnt leave any part of the property out! You could tell how knowledgeable he is just by having a conversation. He is the best of the best as far as I am concerned!
