The best experience I've had with a service company. I would highly recommend Evgeny for the professional, expert, honest and fast service delivery. Im much impressed. This Sunday the washer suddenly stopped working during the washing cycle. For a family with a toddler, laundry every single day is MUST DO! After calling few other companies who denied repairing Maytag (send me directly to their local service) I was so LUCKY to find Evgeny. His honesty saved me thousands on buying new machine. Came on time, quickly found the problem, ordered the part and on the next day the washer was repaired. Excellent service at a reasonable price and friendly advice. I asked Evgeny to check up the dryer door as well, which is strange hanging. Now waiting for a part and hope soon this issue will be solved as well. Will definitely call again 911 Appliance Repair Services in the future for any appliance repair or installation services, and highly recommend to friends and family.
