We used POMHII for our home inspection and like other reviewers we had a great experience. Don was incredibly thorough, he explained what he was looking for, why it was a concern, what to do to fix it, how to improve energy efficiency and provided estimates of costs (ex. Roof tune up, mold removal). As potential new home owners this was the best investment we could have made especially since we released the offer based on all the insightful data POMHII provided us. Don was punctual, had a strong business acumen and very friendly.
