Due to Sam's reco I got the performance/life maximizer service to fix an issue I had with a kick vac. But this service did nothing to fix the issue. They took my unit for a couple days and returned. The guy that showed up to house and reconnected it. He looked at one outlet and said "its good" - but when I showed him the kitchen still didnt work he wanted to charge 50% more to examine the actual issue. It cost around $200 and I have no clue what they actually did - making it worse when the guy left he said I needed a new filter because it was broken (although their service stated they'd take care of this - after all the "life extender" was supposed to make it "like new". When I called to complain the guy said that i need to go somewhere else to buy the filter and install myself. He also claimed it would be hard because not available. He then went on to try to convince me to buy a a new model for "a deal at $400 + installation." I called the original supplier (whom also does service) and they will make the change for $25. This place is brutal - I am calling the better business bureau. Never again.
