To Albert from Oakville anyone else researching this retail appliance store. We have had a very similar experience with the Corbeil Appliance store in Oakville. We will never ever do business with them again. Our experience with this retail store started on Jan 12 and has been a nightmare. We ordered a GE refrigerator and wall convection oven from them and they missed the original delivery date and then re-scheduled the dates twice. I actually put them on speed dial to save time on the numerous follow-ups I was required to make because they never returned calls with the updates I had requested. When the appliances where finally delivered the refrigerator was not what we had ordered. I was told to keep the product that was delivered and they would provide us an exchange within 2 weeks. It is now March 07 and they still can't give me a delivery date. At this point I just want my money back and I will deal with a company that provides proper customer service and honours their comments to after sales service and customer satisfaction.
