Tim showed up very quickly when i called him to provide me an estimate. he provided me with a good price and asked for $1000 deposit which i paid and got electronic receipt for. He told me it could take up to 8 weeks which i agreed to and did not bother him till late August.( I paid him the deposit at the end of May). When i contacted him at the end of August he told me he had talked to his supplier and would install the garage door in the week of August 29th for sure. I did not hear from him that week so texted him, he gave me the excuses that he was dealing with family matters and would call me the next day to set a date for installation. That was the last time he communicated with me. he has been ignoring my repeated calls and texts ever since, even after I gave him a last chance and told him if you does not reply to me I would be reporting his company to BBB!! In reading other reviews it appears this to be his usual routine! I am not left with no garage door and my $1000 appears to be gone!
