I found the sales rep very informative and helpful. I was going to get another oil fired furnace until I had a long discussion with the sales rep. He had good statistics to show me the comparisums between the 2 types of furnaces. I decided on the propane unit and am very happy with that discission now that my heating costs have dropped. I found the installers very friendly and they did a good quality install.
