We are new AtlasCare customers and were very pleased with the services provided in repairing our furnace when it broke down. Dag was very professional and efficient on his first visit when he replaced the broken part and thoroughly checked how the furnace was operating. He was clear in his explanations about what further work was recommended in order to have the furnace operate properly and to avoid future breakdowns. When our furnace failed late one afternoon this winter, we learned with dismay that the heating company we had a service contract with appeared to be out of business. Lucky for us we contacted AtlasCare and their repair person, Nimo, came early that evening to assess the problem. He was courteous, efficient, and reassured us that we would be contacted the next morning about the new furnace part required. He even called us back later in the evening to confirm that he had communicated with his parts department to ensure that the required part would be obtained as quickly as possible.
