After my drop-off, I had a few issues but customer service did address all my concerns, with most large companies my concerns would have fell on deaf ears, so for that alone I recommend Uhaul. Uhaul's best price policy really does work in your behalf, if the rep didn't change my initial contract to a more positive contract, I would have paid a great deal more $$ Also very easy drop off. I recommend Uhaul
