From our initial conversation with Jeffrey during our free estimate, to the final day of the job (completing a full exterior waterproofing of our home), we were consistently impressed with the professionalism, tireless work, and dedication of the RCC team. Waterproofing a basement is a massive, once in a house's lifetime job. I felt completely at ease with RCC and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services. The sales rep, Jeffrey, was very quick to respond to calls and very competently and thoughtfully answered every question I had throughout the process. The team, including Cory, were incredibly dedicated and considerate throughout their time working on our house. Thanks again.
