The technicians (D.J. Bernard) arrived right on time and were done within approximately 2.5 hours, including an extra job that we asked them to do. No surprises in the costs as we were informed up front what the costs were for each job. They identified the leak quickly and were able to fix it. They even gave advice on how to stop one of the toilets from constantly running without upselling us on a more expensive toilet. Very happy with the work done and professional attitude and would recommend and use again.
