This company was wonderful to deal with right from my initial call. The installers were clean and courteous and completed the job on time. I ordered black-out blinds on one of the windows and I noticed a few days later that there were a few tiny puncture marks on one of the blinds. I contacted the company and within a few days a technician was here, replaced the damaged blind with a new one and was out the door in about ten minutes. I love the new windows and we noticed an immediate difference in the amount of warmth in our basement and the unexpected reduction of outdoor noise in the rooms where the windows were replaced.
