Richard from this company has no customer service skills as I had my 30 years old roof changed by them. I had NO water leaks from anywhere until they changed my roof, then I called them and he is arguing with me because he was trying to not come out and saying that its not his roof that i'm getting leaks from. I would not recommend them at all as good luck if they have to do any fixing or adjusting! now there is a puddle of water in the winter with the risk of my old parents falling and breaking legs...Horrible experience!

We notified the homeowner of this issue at the time of installation, we also notified them again on our return visit when they were having a problem. I notified them a third time this year over the telephone, when they were calling for help and told them we were already there dealing with the situation with the father who was putting the project together. now the daughter is involved and was told we are busy but would try to get out there again to explain the problem they are experiencing. They need the same solution as the first time, which was to replace the wall flashing during the initial roofing installation, which they refused. We can't keep running back to people they were already forewarned. The ice is building up and coming in during the thaw. Lesson, when a professional tells you you need something replaced, listen to them, and you will be glad you did.
