Alex was punctual, and very patient and thorough in explaining the product, the pricing, the warranty and the installation process. Dan came out to do precise measuring. He was also very punctual, polite and professional. I was able to get a Saturday installation date rather quickly. Alex and Dan worked quickly but thoroughly. They paid attention to details, obviously knew what they were doing, and were very polite and friendly. They removed the old windows and frames, and installed the new ones, removed all the old materials, swept and vacuumed, and left my place in beautiful condition. They even solved a tricky situation with my cable cord that needs to get into my room from the roof - they drilled a new small hole so it wouldn't have to come through the window like before. Above and beyond! I'm so happy with my new windows, and look forward to a warm and quiet night's sleep!
