Bryce came to my house for a home inspection in the fall. My husband and I are first time home buyers and Bryce was very reliable and very knowledgeable which is what we were looking for as this was all new to us. He made suggestions of things to fix before the winter and we couldn't afford it at the time, now we are wishing we had found the money as the heat bill has been high this winter! He lets u know the what needs to be done nows, and the what can waits! We have a big property and when calling around i found a large difference in home inspector prices, Rankin home inspections was worth every penny and very fairly priced!
