Upon receiving our call Alex came out to inspect the job and gave us an estimate. They were willing to just do 1/2 of the windows in the house now and 1/2 at a future date. We scheduled a work date and the job was completed for 8 windows in one day. Alex and Dan were very pleasant and neat and clean about the work. They measured carefully and the windows are beautiful. We appreciated their promptness and courtesy. 8 windows were expertly installed. All the dirt from the old windows was immediately taken care of. Alex took the old windows and discarded them. All the workers were pleasant. It was a very good experience and I love my new windows. We were shown how to use the windows once they were installed and the job was complete. I would highly recommend Alex and Dan "Windows By Installer".
