Tom is absolutely amazing! He made our first time home buyer experience fun :) I have never seen anyone so equiped, thorough and detailed. Not to mention patient. He walked through the whole property with us step by step. First he did his own inspection and took pictures, then he explained everything to us in layman terms. Overall Tom is very kind, knowledgeable and gives great, honest advice. We would recommend him highly :) P.S. The person we are buying from is interested in hiring him for his future property.
