Very knowledgeable; excellent customer service; I had no problems with the staff. No problem with being punctual or timely. Quality seemed better than most other companies I compared with and they seemed to know the product better than others. I was dealing primarily with one of the owners but cant recall his name at the moment. I would easily recommend them to family or friends.
Finished job in a very efficient and timely manner. Very good quality; very good work; price was probably mid range but seemed very knowledgeable. All staff seemed knowledgeable and family run business. Follow up has been excellent and customer service great. They don't even mind giving information if they can over the phone and don't seem to overcharge. Make a point to know you on a first name basis. Would easily recommend this company to family and friends.
Quote seemed in line with others but offered the best as far as specific items we asked to be added. It's a duroid roof now and it was a cedar shake before. They cleaned up well and seemed well equipped. Only complaint was that the guys didn't all speak English so a couple times I had to find the right guy to go and speak to. They did the job in an extremely timely manner and no problems getting them back or with payment. We found one issue with what they were doing and they fixed right away after speaking to the owner. Seemed to stand behind the work well. Its been a couple years now and no issues to date that I'm aware of. I'm not sure if they made great efforts to follow up but all in all it was a fairly painless event and over rather quickly.
Made a great awning for camping. Very strong material and quality seems very good. Guys were very punctual and price seemed good and staff were very helpful. They did follow-up on the job and checked that we were happy and only have good things to say about them. Really like to thank Cindy and Phil who I believe are the owners of the company. Price seemed average to others that I compared with but seemed to stand behind the product the best.
Excellent customer service and provided and installed water heater. Was very knowledgeable and informative. Was punctual and quality was good. The owner was Rob I believe and would call him back if ever need be.

Good customer service from the guys on site as well as when booking and did a good job on the maintenance as far as I could tell. No problems after that. They left info to follow up and were punctual and seemed to do job in a timely manner.
