I had called Surdel appliance to diagnose problems with water leak from the washer, I had opened the front panel of the washer my self and knew where the leak was from. The person on the phone was able to diagnose what the problem could be and provide me with a reasonable estimate just from the description that I gave of the problem. They did not try to do any un necessary repair service or do any sort of upsell. I would definitely be using their services for any appliance issues in future.
