Initally, they came and acted very friendly and kind. The quote was done by Matt. Close to the end of installation, we noticed that Matt was being very rude and snarky. We tried to be clear and "adults" about the whole situation but he would disgruntly direct us to talk with Joe (owner). It was not a good experience as Joe would awkwardly put us in the middle of everything and completely dismiss our concerns. My wife and I decided to ignore and move on from the above mentioned concerns. Currently, we have realized that workmanship was not so great. Please see pictures. Very bad gaps, nails sticking out, warping, gate not functioning. These guys do not realize that installing a fence is not cheap nor is it something families desire to financially embark on. We had an inspection done recently and we want to say be careful with this company, they will trick you by offering to put in 6x6 posts and but on the date of installation they put in 4x4 posts. Our gate that was installed by them is completely not functioning due to poor workmanship. This is a problem due to safety issues and building code.
