Choosing Four Season Comfort Heating and Cooling is one of the best decisions we've ever made. Craig was a pleasure to deal with. He was very helpful and informative, answering all our questions and responding to our emails and calls very quickly. He also managed to get an emergency installation done on a Sunday morning as our old furnace died during a cold snap in November. Nick, the installation technician, and his assistant, were both very polite and professional. They explained things to me and answered all my questions as well. They did a great job with the installation and a thorough job cleaning up afterwards as well. I have compared bills for the last three months and every month the gas bill is about 20% lower than it was a year ago. Our young son’s room is above the garage and always used to be several degrees cooler than the rest of the house. With the new furnace, we decided to keep the variable speed fan on all the time and it really seems to have improved overall comfort in the house, including his room which is now always within 1 degree of the rest of the house. Craig was also very quick to provide the required paperwork for the eligible government rebates, and followed up with us after the installation. Overall, dealing with Craig and Nick was a total pleasure. I’d recommend them to anyone needing cooling or heating work.

When a furnace is down in the middle of the winter we take this very seriously especially when there are small children in the house. We are also pleased to hear that your new American Standard furnace is saving you money on your gas bill.
