Took us 2 years to decide to purchase. The sales Rep, Adrian was knowledgeable and helpful every time. He answered my emails very quickly as well with links to the info I was seeking. Mermaid promised to deliver quickly and they did not disappoint. The delivery was professional and courteous. We had a small hiccup with a burnt fuse. Eric then came to the house, troubleshot, fixed the problem, installed the cover lifter and went through the operation and chemicals. Extremely satisfied with the support from start to finish.
