My Renaii furnace ( rental) became defective resulting in no heat and hot water in my residence..On June 14th 2022, the Reliance call centre referred the matter to the Service Manager (Anthony) who took immediate action to fix the problem .Three days after, on June 17 2022, a very experienced and efficient Reliance technician came out and replaced the unit (new & upgraded) to my complete satisfaction.
