Purchased Porto Gazebo 10 X 10. No issues: delivery on time and dropped off in back yard. All pieces were in the boxes. Put it together.... but took longer than the advertised: 6hrs/2 men ; unless these 2 guys were young and had put up quite a few. The instruction manual did provide a challenge as details were not always comprehensive or detailed. Store service and delivery were excellent!
